I should have just bought the one I had before, but I was trying to save a little money by having the additional attachments and not have to buy a mug press as well. You get what you pay for. Oh and be prepared to have someone at your house when delivered, they require and ADULT signature.First let me say I've not used the machine itself yet, so I will update my review once I do.I unpacked everything and it all seemed really light...because some of the attachments have a plastic back. The cover on the top plate is loose and floppy. I'm hoping to be able to tighten it, but it won't be with the allen wrench/phillips screwdriver combo they sent. Neither end fits any of the screws or plate bolts. Yes it does have a 360 swing and the bottom tray does slide out. However, you will not be able to adjust anything before pressing just by pulling the tray out or you will scorch your hands.I really hope this is all just fluke issues and can be fixed or I'll be returning this one.***My 18 year old daughters purchase and review, she's on my account*** I bought this product to use to make mugs and it worked well at first until the attachment melted off and I could no longer use it making it useless. I'm pretty sure it should be more durable/heat resistant and not melt so easily. I've used heat presses before and never had this problem so I don't know if it's just the quality or maybe it was just a defected piece but unfortunately it was the main attachment I needed. I graduated high school in June and with that money bought this press with the idea it would pay itself off and then some before I start college in the fall. Instead I'm out the $400 for press, plus about about $200 on mugs and supplies. I did make and sell a few mugs before the piece melted bringing my loss to around $500. This item was great prior to, easy to use, I thought it seemed well made, and that I made a good purchase... even checked the reviews. Like I said though, I might have just received a manufacturer defected one. No one's fault just bad luck for me. Idk maybe try and sell it to get some money back it still works with the other attachments but for me they aren't the right size. Don't even have money to buy a replacement if they had one. I wish I could have wrote on a better note as well as have received a non faulty product but this was my honest experience and review on the product I purchased. The 8 in 1. One is kind of blurry, sorry.**Worked well for awhile except the tumbler press didn't close properly and then it stopped working all togetherHeats evenly, easy to use, all components as advertised.Easy to use, the swing is perfect and the bottom slides out so you have more room to work with.I ordered this item to use with my Cricut machine to design shirts and other items. It came in a timely manner and was easy to put together. I love the heat control settings and ease of use. I use this machine at least 3 times a week and have considered starting my own t shirt business as a result. Worth the money.The heat press is working okay so far, I am disappointed that my machine has a very noticeable dent. I am worried if the dent has caused any internal damage. The company needs a better way to package the heat press.I waited to write this review until I’ve used this for a bit. It’s really great! The attachments are all easy to use, the shirt press is my fav! The bottom tray slides towards u as you can swing the top (hot) completely around so you don’t have to worry about burning yourself. It’s very easy to use and switch attachments. Definitely recommend!!
